" When life happened, we realized we weren’t as prepared as we thought..."

Co-founders Max and Trey met in college, and quickly discovered their families had something in common: unexpected property damage that led to a mountain of paperwork.

Brett’s water heater failed. Shaun’s dishwasher overflowed. The damage was manageable, but keeping track of receipts, documenting everything, and gathering the right information?

That was the real stressor.

It wasn’t about blaming anyone. It was about realizing how difficult it can be to find what you need, when you need it most.

That’s when the idea for Property Hero took shape:
What if homeowners had a simple way to organize everything ahead of time—so that when life happens, they’re ready?

Today, we work with homeowners and industry professionals to bring clarity, preparedness, and peace of mind to the homeownership journey.

After searching for a solution in Silicon Valley, Brett and Shaun, experts in innovation, disaster relief, and technology, realized nothing like this existed.

Determined to change that, they combined their expertise and teamed up with their sons to build something better. With Max’s background in AI and technology, Brett’s leadership in innovation, Trey’s strategic approach to operations, and Shaun’s decades of experience in data architecture, they formed the perfect team to redefine home asset management.
