By assigning tasks to a specific class, not only do you stay more organized, but additionally our claims process will be able to prove that you have been taking following proper maintenance schedules

Tasks are set up so that they can happen once, or they can be scheduled to accordingly to a set schedule. Let's say you want to make sure that your HVAC unit is being properly maintained so that not only it doesn't break, but if it does you can prove to your insurance you have been upkeeping it. You can set tasks to occur every few weeks, months, years, etc!

With our technologies we are able to provide you with suggested tasks for all assets regardless of how much information you provide. When you add an asset to our system with a general subcategory (dish washer, HVAC) we will provide maintenance schedules that follow best practices. Additionally, if you provide model and serial numbers our Ai system will come up with re-occurring tasks specific to your belongings!
